Baby Cards

These are the baby cards I made recently for a Splitcoast Stampers Swap.   Baby cards are so much fun to make.

The "babies" were cut out using the Cricut cartridge, "Everyday Paper Dolls", the paper was by Imaginisce, the pink and blue cardstock was by Bazzill Smoothies, and the white cardbase was by PaperTrey Ink.  The green ribbon was from The Ribbon Retreat.  The stamp for the faces is by Peachy Keen Stamps.

The giraffe is a digital stamp, and unfortunately I don't have the name of who it is from.  It was one of the first stamps I got over a year ago.   The cardbase is by TAC, the yellow is Hobby Lobby, and the brown pattern was from my scrap pile, so no name left on it.   The ribbon was from Michaels.   Sentiment was from CTMH.

Don't know where the buttons and button brads came from.

Christmas in June

I am loving this spring weather and am not ready for winter but wanted to made some Christmas cards.   The patterned paper on both cards is from a Hobby Lobby paper pad.  It has all the seasons in it.   I can't think of the exact name.  The other cardstock is from TAC, Bazzill, Wal-Mart, and SU.    The candle image is a digital stamp by Starry Nights Studio.   The sentiments on both cards are from TAC and the eyelets are from CTMH.

Spring Fence

What a great image.  This digital stamp is from Designed2Delight, it is free this week.  You have until 11:59pm (est) Thursday night to grab it.   If you make a card with it and post it on their blog before that same time, you can get a new free digital image on Friday.   Play along here.

The ivory cardstock is from Marco Papers, the green and purple is Bazzill from TAC, the ribbon is from Hobby Lobby and the sentiment is CTMH.   Used Copics to color it in.

Any Hero Cards

Cardstock and brads from Michaels, Stars Cuttlebug folder, ribbon from Papertrey Ink, and the sentiment is an alphabet set from CTMH.

Cardbase is Bazzill (the name of the color is Admiral), the patterned paper is from K & Company, and the sentiment is a clear stamp that I think I got a long time ago in the dollar bin at JoAnn's.

Cardbase is green and from TAC, the 2 browns are from Hobby Lobby, and the other green is Bazzill Smoothie, the ribbon is from Hobby Lobby, the camo paper is from JoAnn's, and the image is a free digital stamp from Operation Write Home, found here.

White cardstock is from Wal-Mart, red is from Hobby Lobby and blue is from JoAnn's.  The stars are actually white glimmer paper from local scrapbook store that were cut on the Cricut using George and Basic Shapes, and used an edge punch from EK Success.  The measurement for this card came from OWH.

One Layer Wonder

My best friend Christine is on the design team for Digi Design House and their challenge right now it One Layer cards.  Wow, talk about a challenge.    I like layers; cardstock layers, patterned paper layers, etc.  So making a card with no layers was very hard for my brain to figure out.  The 3 images are from a DDH set called "A Dog's Life".  The 2 sentiments are from CTMH and The Angel Company.    Don't know who the buttons are from, but I got them at my local scrapbook store.   Used Copics to color in the images.   And the paper is from PaperTrey Ink.

Operation Write Home also has a challenge this week, theirs is a color challenge.   Make a card using green and purple.   I hope this card counts.  lol   :)

I'm having a card making event on June 18th to support Operation Write Home and I have some card kits ready to go for anyone who comes that is not a stamper/crafter.   Here are some pictures of them . . . .
