Well, not a tool. I found these FABULOUS pre-colored images from Lili of the Valley in the United Kingdom. They come in stamps too, but I love the already colored images. You get a booklet of 30 images, 3 each of 10 designs. Even though they are in the UK, they offer free shipping!!! And even though their website says it can take 14 to 21 days to ship to the US, I have received my packages in less than 7 days. They will have 5 new "Art Pads" out on February 24th.
